Just activate the plugin and go enjoy your nicer weather. So any mods that change the indoors fog or such are perfectly compatible with this. It also only touches the weather if you're outside. It is however compatible with mods that remove those. It also doesn't remove floating dust clouds and such. It doesn't edit the weather files, so it should be compatible with mods that change the climate, such as Tropical Skyrim or whatever. But random weather will tend to only deviate from pleasant for brief moments.
Note that it doesn't force a weather override, so if some game script forces a certain type of weather for a quest or encounter or whatever, that one wins.
